Online Entry Instructions

After reading the prospectus and entry requirements, follow the entry instructions below. 

1. Login at sdws.org
2. You will enter on your Member Home Account Page. This link is located in the top right corner of your page as "YOUR NAME's ACCOUNT" or at the bottom of the drop down MENU if viewing from a smaller screen.
3. At the bottom of this page, you will see shows available for entry.
4. Select the exhibition you would like to enter.
5. The online entry page will open.
6. Enter artwork information and click Enter for each piece you wish to enter.
7. When you have all your paintings entered, click the  button to pay your fee. DO NOT PAY UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE ENTERED ALL OF YOUR ENTRIES. You cannot add an additional painting after you have paid.
8. You will be taken to the PayPal site where you will have the option to pay with your PayPal account or a debit/credit card.
1. If you have a PayPal account: Click the blue Log In button
2. If you do NOT have a PayPal account: Click gray Pay with Debit or Credit Card button
