In this two day workshop, we will explore how color, value and abstraction can work together to produce a watercolor portrait that goes beyond simply creating a likeness.

Learn to create form through the exploration of a value and color study, and explore design and abstraction through the creation of a colorful abstract under painting that will serve as the foundation of your watercolor portrait.

Work from your own photo reference with distinct shadows or paint along using the photo reference in the e-mail file that will be provided.
