In my experience, representing the figure causes anxiety for many artists, particularly if it is free-hand. In this workshop, we will take just the face, practice drawing it with a free-hand without caring if it “looks” like anyone. 

We will use the face as a vehicle for creating dynamic, decorative, exciting works of art using paint, stamps, crayons, pencils, charcoal, collage, and anything else that comes to hand. Since we will be working on multiple small pieces, you will have a chance to experiment with different approaches and at the end you will have 3-6 exciting finished works. I will show you my process and will spend time working with you to find your best creative self.
