Important Dates 2024

May 29: ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATIONS (emails to artists and results posted on our website)

June 19: TO BE FRAMED PAINTINGS due to framer

July 8-12: READY-TO-HANG PAINTINGS (not to be hand-delivered) due to ArtWorks (shipper)

July 19-21: HAND-DELIVERED PAINTINGS due to SDWS Gallery (between 11 AM – 3 PM)

September 28: FIRST LOOK/ARTIST GALA & AWARDS CEREMONY (INVITE ONLY)

September 29: ARTIST'S BREAKFAST (INVITE ONLY) / EXHIBITION OPENS

October 4: FIRST FRIDAY PUBLIC RECEPTION

October 31: EXHIBITION CLOSES

November 1: HAND-DELIVERED ARTWORK PICKUP / SHIPPED PAINTINGS RETURNED TO ARTIST
