Biography for Luis Juarez

Since 2000, Luis Juarez has been the Senior Pastor at Serra Mesa Christian and has a full-time Christian ministry Fellowship.  He is also an enthusiastic Plein air painter and a member of SDWS since 2014. 

Luis is originally from San Jose, California.  He is married to Yvonne and they have four children and five grand-children.  SDWS is pleased to have Luis available to provide a one- day workshop for us, despite his busy schedule. 

Luis has a BA degree from University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Divinity, Western Seminary, Portland, Oregon. 

He also taught High School English in Costa Rica in 1978.
