Animals Simplified

You will learn a simplified approach to drawing animals using a limited palette with no more than five colors in any painting. The workshop will focus on drawing, value painting and direct painting without drawing.  Pet portraits of dogs and cats, as well as various other animals, including birds, may be painted in this workshop.

Artist Bio
 

Pat Weaver

Pat Weaver is an accomplished watercolor artist. She consistently receives high praise for her watercolors, as well as her ability as a workshop instructor.  While watercolor is her choice of medium, pastel, acrylic and oils are also included in her many works of art. Her workshops are taught throughout the United States, France, Italy, Spain, England, Mexico and the Bahamas. She is a signature life member of the Florida Watercolor Society, as well as past President, is the author of “Watercolor Simplified” published by North Light Books, and she has received numerous awards and recognition for her watercolors.
