Terms and Conditions

Workshop enrollment is limited to a maximum of 22 students and reservations are accepted in the order that they are received.  Waitlists are also formed in the order that requests are received.

A $100 refundable (less a $25 fee) deposit per workshop by check, credit card or PayPal must accompany your reservation form to reserve your space. Confirmation of your enrollment will be sent upon receipt of your deposit or payment in full with your signed registration form.

Balance of payment is due 60 days before the workshop begins.  After the due date, the entire workshop fee is refundable (less a $25 fee) only if your space is filled.

Workshop times, location, directions, artist's outline and supply list are available on our website and may be viewed at the time of your enrollment. You must request a mailed copy of any of the above information if you need the information in writing.

Model fees, when appropriate, may be added.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a workshop 60 days or more prior to the first day of the workshop is 100% refundable (less a $25 fee).       

Cancellations with less than 60 days before the start of the workshop, the fee is only refundable (less a $25 fee) if your space can be filled.

Once the workshop begins, there will be no refunds for no-shows or withdrawals.

SDWS reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons beyond our control. If SDWS cancels a workshop, applicants will receive a full refund.


Refund Policy

Workshop deposits are refundable (less a $25 fee) up to sixty (60) days prior to start date of workshop. After the due date, entire workshop fee refunds (less a $25 fee) are given only if my space is filled.
